How to Burn Soy Candles
Did you know that you need to trim your wick to 1/4 inch EVERY TIME you burn your candle? This allows your candle to burn evenly. If you don't trim each time, your candle will burn way faster than it should, and you might notice black soot on your candle and walls. If you burn properly, this baby is going to go forever!
Also, when you can see the metal on the wick, your candle is done. It is time to order some more!
So, to recap: Trim your wick each time you burn, and it's time to reorder when you can see the metal on your wicks.
Burn Time
Our 8 oz candles have a burn time of 50-55 hours. 16 oz candles burn for 100-110 hours! The 12-14 oz. single wooden square has a burn time of 95-100 hours.
Location
Keep candles away from children and pets for safe burning.
Wooden Wicks
Wooden wicks burn best if you cut or pinch the black off the wick EACH TIME you light it!
Dough Bowls
To burn these beauts correctly, light all three wicks at the same time. Burn until you have an even melt pool across the top of the candle. Don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
